Payment in full required for entire duration of stay on arrival/check-in.

Consumption or usage of illegal products or substances is prohibited by Law.

Person(s) without previous reservation are not permitted.

Check-in Form is to be completed by all persons in the room. Government ID information if required to be filled in the form.

Guest(s) are to keep the premises clean and dry, specially the shared bathroom(s) and Kitchen.

Any damage or breakage to property and its contents are chargeable to the customer to replace/repair or both.

 Room Keys Locked inside the room – a charge of $20.00 is payable. On information it can take upto 3 hours for the room to be opened.

Lost Room Keys – a charge of $50.00 is payable and may take upto 3 hours to open the room. New Keys will be provided during business hours only.

Any monies, charges due from the customer are settled in cash or charged to credit card.

Customers are expected to maintain a quiet atmosphere and refrain from disturbing other guests. On failing to do so, the management has the right to cancel reservation and customer has to leave the premises. There will be no refund of any room charges paid.
